Wolseley completed the acquisition of Logicool.

Wolseley, a plumbing, heating and cooling trade specialist merchant, completed the acquisition of Logicool, an air conditioning, heat pumps and climate control solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely proud to add Logicool to our portfolio of brands.
