Hivest Capital-backed Sphere, a manufacturer of and range of innovative environment-friendly products, completed the acquisition of Romagnasac, an owner of Virosac and Rapid, two Italian sustainable packaging brands, from Orienta Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
