CVC DIF to acquire Adam Ecotech from Ogic Informatica.

CVC DIF, a global mid-market infrastructure equity fund manager, agreed to acquire Adam Ecotech, a colocation data centre operator, from Ogic Informatica, a hosting services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition provides us with a strong entry point into the European data centre market, establishing a solid platform for future growth in the region.
