Söderbergföretagen completed the acquisition of Aventi Group.

Söderbergföretagen, a family-owned group of companies engaged in industry and technology trade, completed the acquisition of Aventi Group, a Norwegian infrastructure group specializing in electricity, automation, and Intelligent Transport Systems for critical infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased that Söderbergföretagen is now our majority owner.
