Håndverksgruppen, a network of professional crafts and painting companies operating across Norway and the Nordics, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Borg Fagmaling, a Norwegian painting and surface treatment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We're looking forward to becoming part of a large and professional group.
