Delta Cement completed the acquisition of Karbala Cement Manufacturing from Holcim Group for $100m.

Delta Cement, specializing in producing high-quality cement using the latest technology in the market, completed the acquisition of Karbala Cement Manufacturing, an operator of a cement manufacturing plant, from Holcim Group, a company that provides cement, aggregates, and ready-mix concrete to the construction industry, for $100m.
