StoneCalibre-backed Calibre Scientific, a global provider of life science reagents, tools, instruments, and other consumables to lab research, diagnostics, industrial, and biopharmaceutical communities, completed the acquisition of Molecular Research Center, a developer and manufacturer of products for the isolation and analysis of RNA and DNA. Financial terms were not disclosed.
