Gemspring Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Shrieve Chemical, an organic and inorganic industrial chemicals distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Gemspring's operational and financial resources, we have entered new markets, added key personnel, bolstered our capabilities and significantly enhanced our product offering to customers while maintaining exceptional service.
