AMETEK completed the acquisition of Virtek Vision International from American Industrial Partners.

AMETEK, a designer and manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, completed the acquisition of Virtek Vision International, an automation machinery manufacturing company, from American Industrial Partners, a private equity firm.
