ATL Partners-backed Aero Accessories completed the acquisition of Aero Instruments & Avionics.

ATL Partners-backed Aero Accessories, a provider of aerospace component maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, completed the acquisition of Aero Instruments & Avionics, an aviation company that provides aircraft instruments, avionics, and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since our acquisition by ATL Partners in 2022, we have been focused on deepening our relationships with key customers while adding new capabilities.
