Burger King to acquire the Hamburger chain business of Alsea.

Burger King, an American multinational chain of hamburger fast food restaurants, agreed to acquire the Hamburger chain business of Alsea, a Mexican multi-brand restaurant operator. Financial terms were not disclosed.
