BlackRock-led investor group completed the acquisition of Digital Media Solutions.

BlackRock-led investor group, including Bain Capital, Blackstone and Abry Partners, completed the acquisition of Digital Media Solutions, a provider of technology-enabled digital performance advertising solutions connecting consumers and advertisers.
