Vitec completed the acquisition of Olyslager from Bencis.

Vitec, a software company, completed the acquisition of Olyslager, a company that develops and delivers data and software solutions for lubricant and fluid suppliers, from Bencis, an investment company that focuses on industry, manufacturing, food and beverages, consumer services, healthcare, leisure, and retail sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have had a great journey with Harald Oosting and the broader management team.
