AMA completed the acquisition of the agricultural division of CMR.

AMA, an Italian industrial group providing components and equipment for off-highway vehicles in agriculture, gardening and construction, completed the acquisition of the agricultural division of CMR, a mechanical design and component manufacturing company in Reggio Emilia. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition represents an extraordinary opportunity for us to enhance the work done so far and continue to offer high-quality solutions, thanks to the solidity of a group like AMA,” Ezio Paganelli, CMR Group Sole Director.
