Major Drilling, a provider of specialized drilling services primarily serving the mining industry, completed the acquisition of Explomin Perforaciones, specialty drilling contractor based in Lima, Peru, for CAD105m. “We are very excited to welcome Explomin and its employees into the Major Drilling group.
