OIA Global to acquire Airmark Ocean & Air Logistics.

OIA Global, a global logistics company, agreed to acquire Airmark Ocean & Air Logistics, a Sydney-based freight forwarding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “At Airmark, we’ve always focused on delivering the best service possible.
