HD Covalco, a wholesaler company, completed the acquisition of 75% stake in Cash Diplo, a diversified retailer, from Azbz & Delivery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This operation is part of the need to gain market share and size, to compete with large multinational companies and lead the national market by acquiring solid companies with great sales and results projections that generate synergies and strengthen our position,” Josep Saperas, HD Covalco Group President.
