Mutares to acquire Natura from Pelion.

Mutares, a German private equity holding company, agreed to acquire Natura, a Polish cosmetics store chain, from Pelion, a healthcare holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By acquiring Natura, we are bringing a legacy brand into our portfolio and further strengthening our Retail & Food segment as we enter the Polish retail market.
