AIA Group to acquire New Medical Center.

AIA Group, an American-Hong Kong–based multinational insurance and finance corporation, agreed to acquire New Medical Center, a clinic-based provider of gastroenterology and general surgery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “AIA’s Integrated Healthcare Strategy is simplifying how people navigate the healthcare system, helping them to access the best possible care, providing more integrated services and avoiding unnecessary costs.
