Cencora to acquire a 85% stake in Retina Consultants of America from Webster Equity Partners for $4.6bn.

Cencora, a global pharmaceutical solutions company, agreed to acquire a 85% stake in Retina Consultants of America, an ophthalmology and retina services provider, from Webster Equity Partners, a private equity firm, for $4.6bn. “We are pleased to enter our next phase of growth with the support of a leading global pharmaceutical solutions organization.
