Greengray Group completed the acquisition of Electroclima.

Greengray Group, a Portuguese industrial holding group, completed the acquisition of Electroclima, a HVAC project, installation and maintenance solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will allow Greengray Group to achieve relevant synergies in its construction segment and accelerate Electroclima’s growth, capitalising on the increasing demand for energy-efficient buildings.
