Thoma Bravo-backed SMA Technologies completed the acquisition of Encapture.

Thoma Bravo-backed SMA Technologies, a provider of automation solutions for financial services, completed the acquisition of Encapture, an intelligent document processing and image lifecycle management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our acquisition of Encapture represents an exciting step forward in our mission to support financial institutions with robust automation.
