Maravai LifeSciences to acquire the DNA and RNA business from Officinae Bio.

Maravai LifeSciences, a provider of life science reagents and services to researchers and biotech innovators, agreed to acquire the DNA and RNA business from Officinae Bio, a technology company with a proprietary digital platform to support the biological design of therapeutics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Officinae Bio’s unique approach to sequence design brings a cutting-edge advantage to our Nucleic Acid Production business.
