Swissport completed the acquisition of ViaEurope.

Swissport, a provider of air transportation services, completed the acquisition of ViaEurope, an end-to-end e-commerce handling company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ViaEurope has an industry-leading offering that provides global e-commerce players improved lead times and visibility.
