Marlin Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Radar Healthcare for $78m.

Marlin Equity Partners, a private equity firm that invest in companies operating in the software, technology, healthcare, services, and industrial technology sectors, completed the acquisition of Radar Healthcare, a developer of healthcare software designed to improve safety, performance, and quality of care, for $78m. “We are thrilled to partner with Marlin to accelerate our growth and further enhance our product offering.
