The Hershey Company completed the acquisition of Sour Stripes.

The Hershey Company, an American multinational confectionery company, completed the acquisition of Sour Stripes, a sour candy brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Sour Strips expands Hershey's offerings within our growing sweets portfolio with a product that is beloved by consumers.
