Ball Corporation completed the acquisition of Alucan from Suma Capital.

Ball Corporation, a listed US organization and a global benchmark in the manufacture of aluminum containers, completed the acquisition of Alucan, a manufacturer of aluminum monobloc bottles and aerosols, from Suma Capital, a sustainable investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed.
