VR Equitypartner and Süd Beteiligungen, both investment companies specializing in medium-sized businesses, agreed to acquire a majority stake in DEKOM, an international IT system house specializing in customized audiovisual conferencing and collaboration solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to partner with DEKOM to expand its leading role in the European market for audio and video technology, considering megatrends such as ESG and AI, and to open up new growth markets," VR Equitypartner.
