DBAG-backed SERO EMS Group completed the acquisition of EPSa-Elektronik & Präzisionsbau Saalfeld. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this addition, SERO EMS Group significantly strengthens its development capabilities, enhancing its expertise in software and hardware development, mechanical engineering, rapid prototyping, and high-mix, low-volume production.
