L&T Technology Services to acquire Intelliswift Software for $110m.

L&T Technology Services, an engineering research and development services provider, agreed to acquire Intelliswift Software, an information technology and services provider, for $110m. “Joining forces with a prominent Engineering & R&D services leader like LTTS is a strategic step forward for Intelliswift.
