Alerion Clean Power and Alperia formed a joint venture.

Alerion Clean Power, an electric industrial group, and Alperia, an energy provider, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. Joint venture will develop and operate wind power plants with a total capacity of approximately 120 MW.
