Wabtec completed the acquisition of Fanox and Kompozitum for $110m.

Wabtec, a global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, completed the acquisition of Fanox, a provider of protection relays and communication devices for Medium-Voltage applications, and Kompozitum, a provider of technical machined carbon and graphite components, for $110m. “We are excited about bringing the capabilities of Fanox and Kompozitum to our Transit Business.
