The Ministry of Energy of Norway offered to acquire a 55.2% stake in Nyhamna JV, a gas processing plant, from CapeOmega, Equinor Energy, ORLEN Upstream Norway, A/S Norske Shell and ConocoPhillips Skandinavia for NOK3.7bn. "I would like to thank the companies for a good, constructive process and for agreements that I believe benefits all parties involved. I am very pleased that we have found a solution resulting in a full State ownership of the large and important Gassled infrastructure," Terje Aasland, Minister of Energy.
