The Ministry of Energy of Norway offered to acquire a 78% stake in Polarled JV, a gas processing plant, from CapeOmega, Equinor Energy, ConocoPhillips Skandinavia and Hav Energy NCS Gas for NOK2.1bn. "I would like to thank the companies for a good, constructive process and for agreements that I believe benefits all parties involved. I am very pleased that we have found a solution resulting in a full State ownership of the large and important Gassled infrastructure," Terje Aasland, Minister of Energy.
