Blue Owl Technology Finance to merge with Blue Owl Technology Finance II.

Blue Owl Technology Finance, a specialty finance company, agreed to merge with Blue Owl Technology Finance II. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through this transaction, Blue Owl will create what will be the largest BDC with a software lending focus and one of the largest BDCs in the market overall.
