Avenue Capital Group and MAVCO Investments to acquire hubergroup from Cornelius Treuhand for £247m.

Avenue Capital Group, an American multinational investment firm, and MAVCO Investments, a private investment vehicle, agreed to acquire hubergroup, a specialty chemicals and print solutions provider, from Cornelius Treuhand, a holding company, for £247m. "This acquisition is proof of the resilience and commitment of our entire team. Our efforts to transform into a robust, sustainable foundation have paid off, and together with the consortium we are well positioned for significant growth and industry leadership," Britta Hübner, hubergroup CTO.
