Pleasant Land completed the acquisition of Livanta and DOMA Technologies.

Pleasant Land, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Livanta, a technology-enabled organization, and DOMA Technologies, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By bringing these two businesses together, we have created a leading middle-market business of significant size and scale with a unique, unrestricted contractual profile.
