Agro Tech Foods to acquire Del Monte Foods for $154m.

Agro Tech Foods, a public limited company engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and selling food and food ingredients, agreed to acquire Del Monte Foods, a processed food joint venture between the Bharti Group and Del Monte Pacific, for $154m.
