Madison Industries completed the acquisition of SimX.

Madison Industries, a financial services company, completed the acquisition of SimX, a virtual reality medical and nursing simulation training platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The world is facing a shortage of clinicians and this will only get more acute in the coming years. The SimX platform is built to provide more accessible simulations with the highest efficacy imaginable. SimX is making the world safer, healthier and more productive,” Larry Gies, Madison founder and CEO.
