Nala Renewables to acquire Green Breeze from OX2 for SEK2.48bn.

Nala Renewables, a global power and renewable energy business, agreed to acquire Green Breeze from OX2, a developer and operator of large-scale renewable energy projects for SEK2.48bn. "We are committed to being a reliable, long-term partner for Romania's energy transition, and this is another step in that direction. After recently finalising the first OX2 partnership in Romania, we are now starting the construction of this project, for which we will manage the entire lifecycle, from development to operation.
