Konstel completed the acquisition of Kragerø Elektriske.

Konstel, a Norwegian organization of Nimlas Group, completed the acquisition of Kragerø Elektriske, an electrical installation service company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By bringing Kragerø Elektriske into the Konstel family, we can expand our service offering while continuing to deliver quality and expertise to our customers in the region. We look forward to collaborating with and further developing the skilled team in Kragerø," Terje Myhre, Konstel CEO.
