PH Spaanteknik completed the acquisition of Hein & Sønner.

PH Spaanteknik, an experienced subcontractor with expertise in CNC milling, completed the acquisition of Hein & Sønner, a specialist in turning and milling operations. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Hein & Sønner A/S is known for delivering complicated items of high quality, and at the same time, they are good for larger items, where we are stronger on the smaller components. They lacked capacity, and we have spare capacity, says Preben Hansen," Preben Hansen, PH Spaanteknik CEO.
