Garden Capital Group completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Q Hospitality Group from Willem-Jan van den Dijssel.

Garden Capital Group, an investment firm of Dijkstra family, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Q Hospitality Group, a company acquiring, developing and managing real estate, hospitality projects and concepts, from Willem-Jan van den Dijssel, a co-founder and shareholder of Q Hospitality. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We had a wonderful time working with Willem-Jan and developing, acquiring and selling many exceptional hotels. But where he wants to focus on other interests, companion Francesco Monaco and I have the ambition to continue to fully build on the growth of ‘Q’.
