Nordic Capital completed the acquisition of Anaqua from Astorg Partners.

Nordic Capital, an experienced private equity investor in Technology & Payments globally, completed the acquisition of Anaqua, a provider of innovation and intellectual property management technology solutions and services, from Astorg Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
