Nordic Capital to acquire Anaqua from Astorg Partners.

Nordic Capital, an experienced private equity investor in Technology & Payments globally, agreed to acquire Anaqua, a provider of innovation and intellectual property management technology solutions and services, from Astorg Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition would support Anaqua's global expansion and strengthen its market position by continuing to invest in its best-in-class software platform and enhancing its operational capabilities.
