Centerbridge Partners and Bessemer Venture completed the investment in Carr, Riggs & Ingram.

Centerbridge Partners, a global alternative investment manager, and Bessemer Venture, , a venture capital firm, completed the investment in Carr, Riggs & Ingram, an accounting and advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
