Elders to acquire Delta Agribusiness for AUD475m.

Elders, an Australian agribusiness that provides agricultural goods and services to primary producers in Australia, agreed to acquire Delta Agribusiness, a provider of rural inputs and advisory services in Regional Australia, for AUD475m. "The acquisition of Delta continues Elders’ successful track record of growing our business through disciplined acquisitions.
