Investcorp and PSP Investments completed the investment in PKF O’Connor Davies.

Investcorp, a Bahrain-based private equity firm, and PSP Investments, one of Canada's largest pension investment managers, completed the investment in PKF O’Connor Davies, one of the largest privately owned tax and accounting partnerships in the US. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to help the New York-based accountancy firm acquire smaller rivals and invest heavily in its technology.
