EQT Exeter, a global real estate investment manager, completed the acquisition of Strategic Supply Chain Assemblage, consisting of 33 industrial assets located across United States. Financial terms were not disclosed. EQT Exeter plans to implement strategic make-ready improvements to fill the remaining vacancy and collaborate with existing tenants to maintain steady occupancy and cash flow.
