MGM Transformers completed the acquisition of VanTran Transformers.

MGM Transformers, a distribution transformer manufacturer in North America, completed the acquisition of VanTran Transformers, a manufacturer of oil filled transformers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited for this new expansion in the City of Waco. This partnership between our business and the City of Waco will bring more jobs to the community and gives VanTran and MGM Transformers the opportunity for further growth.
